– Be a first-time homebuyer

– Be a current, retired, or volunteer employee in one of the following professions:

• First responder (police officer, firefighter, paramedic, EMT, or similar)
• Medical (doctor, nurse, x-ray tech, red cross, or similar)
• Civil Servant (city, state, county or federal employee)
• Educator (teacher, tutor, Sunday school teacher, day care provider)
• Military personnel
  OR

– Income from all borrowers is =<140% of state/county median income where the property is located

OR

– The property is located in an underserved census tract
